Commonwealth Medicine senior pharmacist to moderate panel on managing substance abuse
A panel discussion on the challenges of managing substance abuse will be moderated by Paul L. Jeffrey, PharmD, pharmacy director of the Office of Clinical Affairs within the Center for Health Policy and Research of UMass Medical School's Commonwealth Medicine division.
The panel is on the program of AMCP Nexus 2013: Connecting Health Care and Innovation conference, hosted by the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy. The conference, held at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, is scheduled from October 16-18 in San Antonio, Texas.

In his position at CHPR, Jeffrey provides broad clinical support to MassHealth, the Massachusetts Medicaid program. He also serves as director of Pharmacy for MassHealth.
