Conference on Practice Improvement

December 3-6 — Dallas, TX

Sponsored by the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine, this conference shares information on redesign from private and public practices, and public clinics – from payment models and team-based care to behavioral health integration and patient engagement.

We will be presenting at this conference.

Commonwealth Medicine brings a national perspective to health care financing issues. We are attuned to the latest legislative developments and understand the impact federal health care changes can have on state Medicaid programs.

Our Center for Health Care Financing helps our clients make sense of the financing issues that have increased the complexity of operating Medicaid programs. Our team is dedicated to helping individuals receive coverage under the correct health insurance package. We offer services to find the appropriate payers and ensure they fulfill their obligation to pay.

As part of a state academic health sciences center that works on behalf of the public, our Center for Health Care Financing has become a model for the positive results of a close, productive interaction between a public university and the human service environment.

We provide a range of services to clients, including:

  • Savings initiatives
  • Third-party liability
  • Program integrity
  • School-based Medicaid claiming
  • Federal claiming
  • Information technology

Learn more about these services on the Center for Health Care Financing website.
