Anne Roy has been instrumental in developing and implementing operational procedures that ensure accurate and timely submission of direct service and administrative activity claims and for statewide Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) programs in client states since joining UMass Medical School in 2004.
Ms. Roy directs the preparation and submission of administrative activity claims, direct service claims, and direct services cost reports. She also oversees the operational management of statewide RMTS programs in client states, and ensures that in-depth quality assurance reviews are conducted for all claiming and RMTS activities.
Prior to coming to UMass Medical School, Ms. Roy had significant experience as a nursing home administrator at a number of organizations.
Ms. Roy received her master’s degree in nutritional sciences from the University of Connecticut, and her bachelor’s degree from Regis College. She is a Massachusetts licensed nursing home administrator.
