Bittie Behl-Chadha provides leadership and guidance to the Office of Survey Research (OSR) team and oversees all aspects of the office’s work — from survey design, sampling, and data collection to data analysis and reporting.
Behl-Chadha has over 20 years of experience in survey research and supports state government, non-profit agencies, and academic institutions. She develops and implements surveys customized to each client’s unique needs and is well-versed in quantitative and qualitative research techniques. She has conducted numerous surveys of consumers, beneficiaries, and providers. She knows how to maximize survey response rates through mixed-mode data collection, including mail, telephone, and online modes.
Behl-Chadha joined Commonwealth Medicine from GfK, a leading global market research organization, where she served as a vice president. Over her career, she has worked in survey research for a wide range of industries, including health care, pharmaceuticals, consumer packaged goods, retail, and financial services.
Behl-Chadha earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Delhi University, India, and a doctorate in cognitive science from Brown University.
