Carter Pratt is project director for federally funded research grants and contracts evaluating state-run programs. She directs evaluation of programs that support young adults with lived experience of mental health issues and the Massachusetts Family Resource Centers, as well as research into the treatment of patients with hepatitis C.
Before joining Commonwealth Medicine, Pratt provided research and evaluation expertise for local and state public health departments, primarily in injury prevention.
Pratt earned a master’s degree in public health from the University of California at Berkeley and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Colorado College.
