Jeff Auger provides leadership and guidance to UHealthSolutions employees and program managers, with the goal of supporting the vision and strategic direction of individual programs. He ensures that all products and services delivered to clients meet or exceed stated objectives and consistently comply with relevant contractual requirements and quality standards.
Auger oversees all program operations, service delivery and client relations for a diverse portfolio of UHealthSolutions clients. Client engagements include contact center services provided to members, patients, providers and payers among multiple health care organizations, all operational functions of a prescription drug insurance program, and various consulting services. He also has organized outreach and education campaigns that contacted a population of nearly 80,000 members via mail and telephone.
Auger has more than 20 years of experience in operations, program management, quality improvement, and training — as well as billing, collections, and accounting – in human services and financial management.
