Kerri Ikenberry provides leadership and guidance for Disability and Community Services’ clinical programs. She oversees clinical decision-making related to long-term services and supports, clinical eligibility for home and community based waivers, and preadmission screening and resident review (PASRR) evaluations and determinations.
Ikenberry previously served as Associate Director of Care Management, Community Case Management providing clinical oversight. Community Case Management is a program within Disability and Community Services, dedicated to coordinating care and services for medically complex individuals who are members of Massachusetts Medicaid and live at home. She has held various clinical positions, including as a clinical reviewer and a visiting nurse. Ikenberry has also provided direct care to medically complex children and young adults.
Ikenberry holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
