Kimberly Reynolds has more than 28 years of public-sector experience in physician and psychologist recruiting, contracting and credentialing, provider network management, disability determination, and case development services.
Since 2012, Ms. Reynolds has managed the Ohio case development team for disability determinations, where she oversees the development and processing of approximately 30,000 cases each year for Medicaid applicants in the state of Ohio. She has been instrumental in process improvement, decreasing program timelines, and defining and implementing enhancements to a paperless case tracking system. She is the primary liaison with our Ohio partnership, the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, and 88 county offices.
Ms. Reynolds previously worked for UMass Medical School’s Division of Primary Care and Telecommunications Department.
