In her role at UMass Medical School, Louise Eichman is responsible for delivering customized, high-quality program development and project management services that meet our clients' unique needs. She oversees the design and implementation of the innovative consulting and service models her team employs to improve public health and human services policies, programs, and services.
Ms. Eichman had more than two decades of experience in executive leadership prior to joining UMass Medical School. In addition to strategically integrating program and project management best practices and service delivery in geographically disbursed businesses, she implemented full-service project management offices in highly-structured environments based on Capability Maturity Models and Six Sigma programs. Ms. Eichman has directed and implemented enterprise-wide human resource initiatives in highly-matrixed organizations.
Ms. Eichman's educational background includes graduate degrees from three universities, and she maintains Project Management Professional certification through the Project Management Institute. She also speaks four languages with native fluency.
