Matthew Reidy's expertise lies in helping states to develop sustainable ways to finance health care services. He has published several articles on health care programs for low income families. He has also advised states on health-related tax issues and administrative claiming under Medicaid, and securing federal funds for a variety of services including maternal and child health programs, oral health initiatives, tobacco cessation, public health programs, case management, and hospital services, to name a few.
He was selected for the federal Presidential Management Intern program in 1991 and worked at CMS. He has worked in the Massachusetts Legislature, state Medicaid agencies, and private consulting firms.
