Pamela Roddy has more than 20 years of experience in customer service operations, growing and transforming both large companies and entrepreneurial organizations. She is an expert in executive level management, operational strategy and execution, client relationship management, strategic planning, and project management for the health care, government, and information technology industries.
At UMass Medical School, Ms. Roddy provides consulting and project leadership to support health and human service organizations. She is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing new programs and services, as well as improving the performance of existing service activities. Ms. Roddy has a proven track record in facilitation techniques that help identify and resolve management, operations, and technology issues.
