In his role at the New England AIDS Education and Training Center (NEAETC), Dr. Philip Bolduc works to ensure that individuals living with HIV/AIDS receive state-of-the-art, compassionate care. He oversees NEAETC’s efforts to provide a full spectrum of capacity building, technical assistance, mentorship, clinical consultation, education and training to health professionals throughout New England. He is a practicing full-spectrum family physician and HIV specialist and oversees the HIV and Viral Hepatitis Program at the Family Health Center of Worcester, MA, including a fellowship program in HIV and Viral Hepatitis. Previously he worked in similar roles at the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, making a career of supporting HIV and Viral Hepatitis excellence in underserved FQHC medical home settings. He is also the supervisor of Family Health Center’s Suboxone and Chronic Pain programs after serving as director for several years.
Dr. Bolduc received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brown University and previously worked as a solar photovoltaic systems engineer. He then graduated from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, the Lawrence (MA) Family Medicine Residency, and a one-year fellowship in HIV Medicine at the University of California, San Diego.
