A team of Commonwealth Medicine (CWM) Health Care Finance Solutions employees is the recipient of 2020 Commonwealth Citations for Outstanding Performance from the state of Massachusetts. The honors are for crucial work on two projects completed during the pandemic with the Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA), which provides direct financial and food assistance for one in nine Massachusetts residents.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons has renewed its contract with Commonwealth Medicine (CWM), UMass Medical School, to manage comprehensive medical services at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) in Butner, North Carolina. This current award is expanded to include the addition of diagnostic imaging, neurodiagnostic, and radiation therapy services. Commonwealth Medicine’s Health and Criminal Justice (HCJ) Program has been managing comprehensive medical services at FCC Butner since July 2012.
